3M follow instructions during enrichment.
As part of our English lesson we have been looking at instructions, so during enrichment the children made pop up cards. They had to make sure that they followed the instruction carefully, otherwise their cards would not have popped up.
As you can see the children made some fantastic pop up cards!
3M raise money for Acorns
In our school each year group has a charity that they raise money for. In year 3 the charity we raised money for is Acorns Children's Hospice Trust.
Acorns Children's Hospice Trust was established in 1988. They offer specialist care and support to babies, children and young people aged 0-18, who have life limiting or life threatening conditions,across the heart of England. Acorns relies on the community to fund the majority of its activities.

Explore the Caribbean!
Explore the Caribbean! 3M have been using their senses to describe different settings within the Caribbean. The children worked in mixed ability groups, using a variety of props such as fruit, clothing and pictures of sunsets as well as waterfalls. Our class can't wait to start writing their fabulous ideas into their books!
