PE lessons:
We use the Complete PE scheme of work to support teaching and learning in school. For those of you at home or are still at school have a go at our circuit sessions suggested below. Did you know that circuit training helps you to improve your stamina and muscular strength which helps you to focus on tasks for long periods of time and lift objects? You can carry out the circuit sessions with your older or younger siblings and anyone else at home. Could you also be the 'Champion Record Holder' for your year group? All you need to do is record your data every week and bring your best score sheet into school. Hand it to a member of your PE team by 5th March '2021 and if you are successful you will win a small prize. Also, don't forget to send us your scores or video clips on Twitter!
Challenge - Choose bronze, silver, or gold and record your results. Can you beat your score? Are you getting stronger?
