Opening Hours
The times of the start of the school day for all children at Leigh Primary are:
Gates open: 8.40 am for early morning work
Gates close: 8.50 am
Registers are taken at 8.50am
School finish time is: 3.30pm Monday – Thursday and 12.30pm on Friday
Breakfast club: 8am - 8:40am (Please contact school for a place)
After school clubs: 3:30pm - 4:20pm (Monday -Wednesday. You will be notified if you have a place)
Term Starts: Monday 4th September 2023
Teacher Training Day: Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th September
Half Term: Monday 30th October 2023 to Friday 3rd November 2023
Teacher Training Day: Monday 6th November 2023
Term Ends: Friday 22nd December 2023
Term Starts: Monday 8th January 2024
Teacher Training Day: Monday 8th January 2024
Half Term: Monday 12th February 2024 - Friday 16th February 2024
Term Ends: Friday 22nd March 2024
Term Starts: Monday 8th April 2024
Half Term: Monday 27th May 2024 to Friday 31st May 2024
Teacher Training Day: Monday 3rd June 2024
Term Ends: Friday 19th July 2024
Additional Teacher Training days will be added throughout the year.
