Summer 1
Reminder: Swimming every Thursday.
On Tuesday 29th April we went on a trip to Wroxeter Roman City near Shrewsbury. We left early on the coach and had lots of fun when we got there! We dressed up as Romans, we learnt about artefacts and walked around a Roman Villa. In the afternoon we met a Roman named Marcus and he showed us around the ruins of his city. We saw the baths and did some excercises and then we went and saw the hot and cold pools and the outdoor swimming area. We also had to pretend to man the furnaces and sell our wares in the market. All in all we had a good but tiring, fun filled day!
